Local Volunteer Logs 300 hours with Animal Services

The Animal Services team would like to thank Teri Hurd, who has been a dedicated volunteer at the Animal Services Centre for over seven years, logging over 300 hours.

Teri works with and socializes dogs who are waiting in the shelter for their forever homes.  She also visits with the cats that are up for adoption, easing their stay.

"Teri is wonderful, caring, consistent and compassionate," said Dianne Lyle, a Volunteer Coordinator with Animal & Bylaw Services. "Thanks Teri, for all you do for the animals!"
