City Matters- Be a Snow Angel This Winter
For some, the first snow fall of the year is a welcome event. For others, the first snow fall brings worries of slipping and falling. Calgary's older adults in particular need extra help in the winter keeping their sidewalks shovelled, ice-free and safe.
Snow Angels is a campaign that encourages Calgarians to be good neighbours and help neighbours in need with snow removal this winter. All you have to do to be a Snow Angel is simply adopt a neighbour's sidewalk this winter and keep it clear.
