City Assessor talks about flood affected property assessments

Assessment presented the 2014 Assessment Rolls  - Flood Update report to the Priorities and Finance Committee on December 10, 2013.

The report details the work completed and/or still in progress to address the affects of the flood on 2014  assessment values.

In this video, City Assessor, Nelson Karpa, talks about the report’s findings and flood affected property assessments. He also shares how property owners can further enquire about their assessment during the Customer Review Period January 3 to March 4, 2014.

The 2014 Property assessment notices will be mailed on January 3.
