We must be pro-active and send a clear message that deviant behaviour is not acceptable. While there is certainly a lot of bad graffiti, it is often inspirational and critical. In Calgary, commercial messages, grey walls, and concrete dominate the urban landscape. I think Calgary needs much more artistic and alternative views expressed also as streetart.
