A young buck visited the Municipal Building, alongside Old City Hall today. He was running through traffic at 6 a.m. and eventually bedded-down on a grassy patch at about 7 a.m.Fish and Wildlife officer Ed Pirogowics tranqualized the deer and brought it back to the wild. ***Photo courtesy of Duane Starr
