I don't know what I would "Doo" but I know what the city should "Doo" and that is make an honest effort to keep the outhouses/porta potties clean AND stocked with toilet paper. City council should be made to use the outhouse by pumphouse theatre for a week and I am sure they would empathize with this comment.
