MyProperty map re-launches today

We’ve improved calgary.ca/myproperty, a one-stop shop for Calgary property details, including ward, community, development and building permit information. It’s now mobile-friendly, easy to use and accessible.

What else is new?
  • Land use re-designations link directly to calgary.ca/pdmap status information
  • Land use designation information
  • Links to City planning policies
In the next few months, we’ll be adding property assessment values.

Visit calgary.ca/myproperty to find out more.

  1. What do the little icons (houses, hammers) mean? I can't seem to find a legend.

    1. Hi Marc; thanks for your question and sorry for the delay in our response. The houses mean Development Permit and the hammers mean Building Permit at that location. We're actually changing them soon to clear up confusion - the icons will be pieces of paper with the letters BP and DP on them. We're aiming to make this change in the next week or so.

  2. The new interface isn't nearly as in depth as the old interface. We're having browser issues in everything except Internet "Exploder" and none of the layer options are loading. You do beta this stuff before implementing right? Overall needs a LOT of work.
