Jump $tart your future

The Youth Employment Centre’s Jump$tart program is a free work preparation program for 15 and 16 year olds looking to develop their employment skills and gain experience. The program involves active learning workshops and guest speakers to improve employment readiness and build confidence for job search and the workplace.

“Jump $tart is a fun, educating program that teaches youth many things about jobs and job searching techniques. Resume writing and interview practice are two of the most helpful things I’ve learned during the program,” says William Luo, summer 2012 Jump $tart participant.
